15 and Up swimmers - job opportunity as a lifeguard

Here are the dates and times for the upcoming lifeguarding classes at Eagle Springs:

Friday, April 25: 5pm-9pm
Saturday, April 26: 8am-6pm
Sunday, April 27: 8am-6pm*
*Class may end early on the last day, depending on how quickly students complete the required assessments.Please ask anyone interested to apply for the job and register for the class atwww.BeALifeguard.com Students must be 15 years old by the last day of the class. Upon completion, they will receive an American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certification valid for 2 years.

The class fee is $200 (payment plans available) and the job uniform costs about $100. We understand that costs can be a barrier for some students; however, the job will pay for itself within a few shifts worked. Pay starts at $10/hr with advancement opportunities available in the future.

There is some flexibility in the schedule - Eagle Springs will typically have an opening shift, middle shift, and closing shift of approximately 5 hours each. Since Eagle Springs has the Athletic Club pool and the Island pool, employees can work at both locations.
