Volunteer Information
Hello Flyers parents! We are looking forward to another great year of swimming, and we can't do it without your help! Organizing a swim meet is no small task, and there are many ways you can come support your swimmers throughout the season. We need set-up crews, concessions workers, age group parents, timers, scribes, ready bench workers, and more!
Each family is required to fulfill 6.0 volunteer credits by the end of the swim season. Volunteer sign-up will open on Sundays at 5:00 pm before each weekly meet. It will close each Thursday at 11:59 pm. Please allow no more than one volunteer credit per family during initial sign up. This allows the Volunteer Coordinator to reconcile all remaining vacant shifts and make them available the morning of the meet. You may sign up for vacant shifts at the Volunteer Table starting at 6:30 am on the morning of the meet to obtain additional shifts.
